I had an average experience with the Fertility Institute of North Alabama (FINA). The staff was friendly and helpful, but I felt like they could have been more attentive. The process was smooth overall, but there were a few hiccups along the way. I would recommend them if you're in need of fertility treatments, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
