I have been a customer of New England Power Pool for several years now and I must say, their service is average. While they do a decent job of providing electricity, I have noticed a few issues with their customer service. Sometimes it takes a long time to get a response when I have a problem or question. Overall, I would say they are ok, but there is definitely room for improvement.
