I had a mixed experience with Creativ Fliesen Graf. While the quality of the tiles is great and the prices are competitive, the customer service could use improvement. There were some delays in communication, and it took longer than expected to receive the tiles. Overall, the tiles are worth the wait, but I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
