I've been a customer of Big red boxx network - neati general trading l.l.c. for a while now and I must say, their service has been average at best. The delivery is usually on time, but the quality of their products leaves much to be desired. The customer support is prompt in responding to queries, but I feel they could do more to address customer concerns. Overall, an average experience.
