The company website was easy to navigate and had a good variety of products. However, the delivery was quite slow and there was a lack of communication regarding the status of my order. 😔 Although the products were decent quality, they were not exceptional. The prices were average, but I expected more for the value. 🤷‍♀️ The customer service was helpful when I reached out with a query, but it took a while to receive a response. Overall, my experience with Simple Hardware was just okay. They have room for improvement in terms of delivery time and communication. 😐
