The experience I had with Mitsui O.S.K. Lines was average. The shipping was timely, but the customer service was not the best. The representatives were not as helpful as I would have liked, and I had to go through a lot of hassle to resolve a simple issue with my shipment. I hope they improve their customer support in the future.
