I had a very average experience with Naviera transoceanica s.a. The service was just okay, nothing remarkable. The website navitranso.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I expected more from a company with such a strong reputation. The customer support was responsive but not particularly helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
