Overall, my experience with this company was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided ample information about events and conferences. The registration process was simple and straightforward. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not always helpful or clear. Additionally, I feel that the prices for the conferences were on the higher end, considering the value offered. On a positive note, the events themselves were well-organized and the speakers were knowledgeable in their respective fields. Overall, I would say it was an alright experience, but I expect better customer service and value for the price in the future.
