I recently visited a physical therapy clinic and found their service to be quite average. The therapists were knowledgeable and polite, but the treatment didn't really stand out. The exercises were standard and the facility was clean, but it lacked a personal touch. The website provided some helpful information, but I wish it had more interactive features for clients. The scheduling process was smooth, but I felt like the overall experience could have been more engaging and tailored to my specific needs. I appreciate the effort, but I believe there's room for improvement to make the experience more memorable and impactful. 🏥
