As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to engage with the flooring services of this company. 🏢🛠️ Overall, my experience was average. The website 😕 had a clean and user-friendly interface, which made it easy to navigate and browse products. However, I found the range of options to be somewhat limited. The customer service 👥💬 was satisfactory, with prompt responses to my queries, but I did encounter a slight delay in receiving my order. The quality of the product itself was decent, but I expected it to be more durable. 💪🏼💔 Nevertheless, the installation process was efficient and professional, with the team completing the job on-time. 📆⏰ While I appreciate their efforts, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of product variety and quality. All in all, an average experience.
