I had a mixed experience with Perfection One Collision Center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the quality of the repair work on my car was subpar. I had to bring it back multiple times to fix the same issues, which was frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but I expected better considering their reputation.
