As a customer of Java jolt, I must say that the overall experience was average. The website is easy to navigate and the coffee selection is decent. However, the customer service could definitely be improved. I had a problem with my order and it took forever for someone to respond to my inquiry. The coffee itself was nothing special, just your typical average cup of joe. I might consider giving Java jolt another try in the future, but for now, I'm not too impressed.
