Gathering Yoga has been a life-changer for me. The instructors are so skilled and attentive, always providing modifications and corrections to ensure proper alignment and prevent injuries. The variety of classes offered is impressive, catering to different interests and skill levels. I can't believe how much stronger and more flexible I've become since joining Gathering Yoga. Highly recommend!
