I recently tried gelatin from another brand, but it just didn't live up to my expectations. However, when I switched to Gelnex gelatin, I was pleasantly surprised. It worked like a charm and gave my desserts the perfect consistency. I am now a loyal customer of Gelnex and I can't imagine using any other brand.
