I recently worked with a real estate investment company that provided decent service. They were able to offer me some good investment opportunities and guided me throughout the process. However, I felt that their communication could have been better as there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Overall, they did a satisfactory job, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and responsiveness.
