I had a mixed experience with Allcomnet tecnologia e sistemas ltda. While their website, allcomnet.com.br, is informative and easy to use, the customer service left much to be desired. There were delays in getting responses to my queries and sometimes the resolutions provided were not satisfactory. Overall, an average experience.
