I recently engaged with a consulting company for my business needs, and while they were not exceptional, they provided satisfactory services. They have a website that showcases their expertise in various consulting areas. However, the website lacks user-friendly navigation, which made it difficult to find the specific information I needed. Once I contacted them, their response time was average, but they were able to provide me with the necessary guidance. The consultants were knowledgeable and offered practical solutions to my business challenges. Although their recommendations were not groundbreaking, they did help me make some improvements. Overall, my experience with this consulting company was average; they did what was expected of them but didn't go above and beyond. While I might consider working with them again for basic consulting needs, I would look elsewhere for more innovative solutions.
