I recently used the services of this company to find a new property. The website was user-friendly and had a good selection of properties, which made the initial search easy. However, I found that the customer service was just average. The response time to my queries was slower than I expected, and at times, I felt like I had to follow up multiple times to get a clear answer. On the positive side, the agents were professional and knowledgeable about the properties they showed me. Overall, my experience was neither exceptional nor terrible. I would consider using their services again, but I hope they can improve their communication and response time in the future.
