I recently tried using the parking services of Upark and I have to say it was a fairly average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was quick and efficient. However, I was slightly disappointed with the lack of available parking spaces upon arrival. The location was convenient, but finding a vacant spot was a bit of a challenge. The customer service was decent, although the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and understaffed at times. The parking rates were reasonable, but I wish there had been more options for longer-term parking. Overall, Upark is an average company that gets the job done, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of availability, staffing, and long-term parking options.
