I had an average experience with Progard. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be subpar. The representatives I interacted with were not very knowledgeable and seemed disinterested in helping me. Additionally, the product I purchased did not meet my expectations in terms of quality. Overall, I would say that Progard is an okay company, but there are definitely better options out there.
