As a customer, I found the services provided by this law firm to be average. The website was easy to navigate with all the necessary information available, but it lacked a personalized touch. Although the attorneys had expertise in various legal areas, I felt that the level of attention given to my case was not exceptional. The response time to inquiries was satisfactory, but there were times when I had to follow up more than once to get a proper response. The fees charged were fair, but not outstandingly competitive compared to other law firms in the market. Overall, while my experience with the company was decent, I expected a little more professionalism and dedication to make it truly exceptional.
