The service provided by Nexus Natural Gas LLC is average. I expected a little bit more from them, but overall they get the job done. The customer support team is helpful and responsive. They have helped me resolve some issues with my gas connection. However, the prices are a bit on the higher side compared to other gas companies. I would rate them as average.
