I recently purchased products from this company, and while the quality of the thin films was acceptable, I found the customer service to be lacking. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the products I needed, but I encountered some difficulties in getting in touch with the customer support team for assistance. The delivery of the products was on time, which was a plus. However, I would have appreciated a more responsive and helpful customer service experience. Overall, the products were satisfactory, but the customer service left something to be desired.
