I recently had the opportunity to work with this company and overall, I would say they provide an average service. 🤷‍♀️ While their website is informative and easy to navigate, I did find the response time to be a bit slow, which was a bit frustrating. 😕 The team was professional and knowledgeable, however, I felt like they lacked a certain level of enthusiasm and personalized attention to my specific situation. It would've been nice to have more frequent communication and updates on the progress. 📞💼 On the positive side, their expertise in public adjusting is evident and they were able to assist me in dealing with my insurance claim. 🙌 While my experience was satisfactory, there are definitely areas where they could improve to provide a more excellent customer experience. 👍
