I recently ordered some products from the website and found the overall experience to be average. The website is easy to navigate and I liked the range of products available. However, the checkout process took longer than expected and I encountered some glitches while trying to make the payment. The customer service was responsive but seemed a bit impersonal. The delivery of the products was on time, but the packaging could have been better as one of the items arrived slightly damaged. Overall, I would say that the company offers a decent selection of products, but there's room for improvement in terms of website functionality and customer service.
