I had a mixed experience with Primacolor. While some aspects of their service were quite good, others left much to be desired. The quality of their products is excellent, with vivid and long-lasting colors. However, their customer service could use some improvement. I found it difficult to get in touch with a representative when I had a question, and the response time was longer than I expected. Overall, I would rate Primacolor's products as great, but their customer service could be better.
