I recently used a web development service from this company. The website design is good, but I found the customer service a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get responses to my inquiries, which was frustrating. However, the end result was satisfactory, and the website functions well. The team was knowledgeable and had good design skills, but I do wish there had been better communication throughout the process. Overall, I'd rate my experience as average. 😐
