I recently had a dental appointment with a local dental group near my area and it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and the office was clean, which made me feel comfortable. However, the waiting time was longer than expected and I felt like the dental procedure was rushed. The dentist did a decent job, but I wish they had taken more time to explain the treatment options and answer my questions thoroughly. The website was informative and easy to navigate, which was a plus. Overall, it was an average experience, and I hope they can improve on their communication and efficiency for future visits.
