My experience at Grontmij (UK) has been positive overall. The company provides good opportunities for professional development and the management is highly supportive. The work environment is friendly and there is a strong sense of teamwork. The only area that could be improved is the communication between teams, which can sometimes be a bit lacking. But overall, I would rate Grontmij (UK) as a great company to work for.
