As a customer of Guild Mortgage, I can confidently say that their service is average. I had some issues throughout the process, but they were resolved in a timely manner. The loan officer was knowledgeable and helped me understand all the terms and conditions. However, I felt that the interest rate was slightly higher compared to other lenders. Overall, I had an average experience with Guild Mortgage.
