The customer service at Das Simplified is average....

The customer service at Das Simplified is average. It could be better. The response time is a bit slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. However, they did eventually solve my issue, so I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience. Overall, I think they have room for improvement.
