I recently used Independent's service company for some repairs at my home. The company's website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. The technicians were punctual and professional in their work. However, the quality of the service was just average. While they were able to fix the issue, I felt that the repairs could have been done more efficiently. Additionally, the communication from the company could have been better. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the status of the repairs. Overall, I would rate their service as average. They did the job, but there is definitely room for improvement. 😐
