I recently utilized the services of a home care company for my aging parent and decided to give "Fidelis Home Care" a try. Initially, their website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services, which is a plus. However, my overall experience with the company was average at best. While the caregivers were friendly and attentive, there were a few instances where they seemed overwhelmed, leading to some missed appointments and minor issues. Additionally, their billing process was a bit confusing and could have been more transparent. On a positive note, the company did provide flexibility in terms of scheduling, which was helpful for our family. Overall, "Fidelis Home Care" was an average option for home care services.
