I recently used the services of this company for a small tiling project in my home. The website was easy to navigate, and the project gallery was quite inspiring. However, the communication with the team was a bit slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. The work itself was done decently, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. The pricing was fair, but I felt that the overall customer service could be improved to match the quality of the work. 😐
