I recently booked a vacation through Quertour and I have to say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to use and the booking process was straightforward. However, their customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff was not very friendly and it took a while to get responses to my inquiries. Overall, I would rate Quertour as an average travel agency.
