I had a mixed experience with the US Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory (USAARL). While the overall service was good, there were a few issues that could be improved. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they provided detailed answers to all my questions. However, the wait times were quite long, and it took a while to get an appointment. I also found the website to be somewhat confusing and not very user-friendly. Overall, an average experience.
