I had an average experience with Grupo proex. The website proex.com.mx was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found that their customer service was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they did, they were not very helpful. Overall, I was not impressed with their service and I would not recommend them.
