I recently had the opportunity to engage with a human resources company based in Denmark, and I must say, my experience was fairly average. The company's website was user-friendly and provided clear information about their services. However, I found their customer support to be lacking in terms of responsiveness and efficiency. It took quite some time for them to get back to me with the information I needed, and even then, the response was not entirely satisfactory. Additionally, I found their prices to be on the higher end compared to similar companies in the market. On the positive side, their team seemed knowledgeable and professional during our interactions. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
