I recently purchased a car from Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor and my experience was average. The staff was friendly and the dealership had a decent selection of vehicles. However, I felt like the prices were a bit high compared to other dealerships. The purchasing process was smooth, but there were no standout features or exceptional service that would make me highly recommend this dealership. It was an overall average experience, but not outstanding.
