Working with Ballyhoo advertising was a mixed experience. While the quality of their work was great, the customer service left a lot to be desired. There were delays in responding to my requests and at times, I felt ignored. However, the final result was impressive, and they did deliver what was promised. Overall, I would rate them positively.
