I have been using Ngage intelligence, inc. services for a while now and I must say that they are average. The company website ngageintelligence.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer support can be improved. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response from them which is frustrating. Overall, an average experience.
