Chemsearch is an average company. Their products are okay but nothing extraordinary. I have been a customer for a few years and have always found their customer service to be decent. The website is easy to navigate and place orders. However, there have been a few instances where my orders were delayed or incorrect, which has been frustrating. Overall, I would say their products are reliable but their service needs improvement.
