I have been a loyal customer of Southern Leyte Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SOLECO) for many years, and I must say that their service has been average. While I have not faced any major issues, there have been a few instances where I experienced power outages for a short period of time. The customer service response during these situations could be improved. Overall, I would say that SOLECO is an okay company to be a customer of.
