My recent visit to Columbia, SC was a mixed experience. While the city certainly has its charms, I found some aspects to be underwhelming. The downtown area, although picturesque, seemed lacking in variety and could benefit from more diverse retail and dining options. On the positive side, the city's website, columbiasc.net, provided detailed information about local events and attractions, making it easy to plan my visit. The locals were friendly and approachable, helping to create a pleasant atmosphere. In summary, while Columbia, SC has its merits, I believe there is room for improvement.
