I recently had the opportunity to experience the services of a real estate company and it was a decent experience with some room for improvement. The website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about the company and their offerings. However, I found the overall customer service to be average. The response time to my queries was not always prompt and sometimes I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Additionally, the communication from their agents could have been more professional and courteous. On the positive side, the company did provide a range of property options to choose from, which was helpful. The process of submitting an inquiry was relatively simple and straightforward. Overall, I would rate this company as average based on my experience.
