I recently hired a cleaning service from mmiclean.com for my office space. Overall, my experience with them was average. The website was easy to navigate, and they were quick to respond to my initial inquiry. The service itself was decent, with the cleaners being punctual and polite. However, the cleaning wasn't as thorough as I expected. Some areas were missed, and I had to point them out for a redo. The pricing was competitive, but I feel like the quality of the work could have been better for what I paid. Communication with the company was decent, although I would have appreciated more proactive updates on the progress of the cleaning. In terms of customer service, they were courteous and professional. While my experience was not terrible, I would consider exploring other options before hiring them again.
