I recently utilized the services of this company for an executive search, and while they were efficient in their communication and presented a solid pool of candidates, the overall experience was just average. The website was user-friendly, and I appreciated the variety of resources available. However, the diversity of the candidate pool could have been improved, as it seemed somewhat limited. Additionally, the follow-up process could have been more proactive, as I had to reach out for updates rather than receiving them unprompted. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there is certainly room for growth and enhancement in order to provide a more exceptional service.
