I have been a customer of Choice telecom ltd for the past few years and I must say they are average. Their services are just alright, nothing great, but not terrible either. Their website choicetel.co.uk is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. Overall, I would rate them as average.
