I had an average experience with Palmetto PC Solutions. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall performance of the company was subpar. My computer was not fixed properly, and I had to take it in for repairs multiple times. The technicians seemed inexperienced and were unable to resolve the issues effectively. I was disappointed with the service provided by Palmetto PC Solutions.
