As a customer, I recently availed the services of this consulting company for my food business. I found their website to be professional and easy to navigate, providing detailed information about their services. However, my experience with the company was fairly average. While the consultants were knowledgeable, I felt that they lacked in terms of responsiveness and promptness in addressing my queries and concerns. Although they provided some valuable insights and suggestions, the overall level of support and communication was not up to my expectations. Moreover, the pricing for their services seemed slightly on the higher side compared to other similar consulting firms. Additionally, the lack of clear timelines and deliverables left me feeling uncertain about the progress of our project. Overall, while Profood Consulting was an okay choice, I believe there are other consulting firms that offer better value and service in the market.
